Hi my name is Carol-ann and I have been working with children since 1992.
My love for children started when I worked in the kid’s club on Hayman Island in the Whitsundays and from there, I haven’t stopped enjoying my chosen career. I hold my advanced diploma in childcare and have also completed two years of my Bachelor of Early Childhood.
I am currently working as a director of a long day care centre and love being able to not only guide the educators in my centre but also be involved in every single child’s learning and development as I get to visit each class throughout the day.
My sense of humour and loving attitude allows me to provide a safe and comforting environment for all children in my care. I have also been babysitting for a long time and always make some great friends along the way.
